    Hi there,

First off im pretty new to blender, so it could be that im missing something obvious, however when I import this specific mesh there is a weird shading artifact that appears: I don't know what's causing this as it doesn't appear on any other meshes.

    Things I've tried:
    • Clearing Custom Split Normal Data in blender.
    • Turning off normal Auto-Smooth in blender.
    • Recalculating Normals in blender.
    • Disabling Mesh Optimization in Unity Import settings.
    • Turning on and off Stitch Seams in Unity Import settings.
I have attached the problematic .fbx. Thanks for any suggestions. UnityBug1.png MeshInBlender.png

    Hi,
Perhaps its something wrong with the UV Mapping?

Are all of the normals facing the same direction? Make sure all them are. If some of the normals are in reverse and you UV unwrap, you can sometimes get weird looking shading things, like in the pic you posted.
