Weird iPhone X camera rendering behavior [FIXED: see FAQ]

Seeing this in my game made with Unity 2017.2.0f3 and an iPhone X running iOS 11.1.



The top and bottom ~1 cm of the "world" background, of the camera texture, are messed up. The top is showing a portion from the bottom of the screen, as you can see here with the countertop and sink up there. And it looks like the bottom is showing a portion from the top of the camera image. It's a little difficult to tell here with the virtual arrow in the way and the ceiling being a plain color, but I observed it on another friend's device that showed it more clearly.

Anyone else experiencing this? I can't tell if that's what this PR on the plugin source repo is about. I'm not familiar with the AR camera rendering details to know what's likely causing this.

How do you view release notes for more than just the most recent release on the asset store? I couldn't find any on the package's page or on its bitbucket repo.
