Weird colours in scene

I have a quite annoying problem in my editor, wherever i look around in the scene in teh editor weird colored rings start to appear, I'm not sure if this is supposed to happen but it is really annoying, it makes me unable to see some objects that I am close to and it really freaks me out. So I am basically wondering if anyone knows how to turn that off.
(as you can see on the image there is a red, yellow and green ring)

 

Are you sure your scene view isn't set to view baked directional?

Selected "Shaded" from the scene view drop down to get the regular scene view
