Weird circular lighting artifacts on asset

Hi I'm having lighting issues with a scene I'm working on in the center of the stadium there are dark circular circles that appear and disappear when zooming in and out with lines through them. Only assets withing these circles produce shadows and they are visible in the game camera view also.
