Hi, I'm trying to use Generic characters on my timeline, but it has unexpected behavior when using the animation offsets. Is this supposed to be a new feature? Because I never encountered this before on previous versions.
I already have an idea for a workaround, by using a transform tween track instead, but it's not as convenient as the animation offset since I just want to use it to place the certain animation on a certain position/offset.

This thing only happens on Generic type rigs, but never on Humanoid type rig.

That is a bit odd, but root motion in timeline and animation did change significantly between 2018.2 and 2018.3. One thing it might be is scaling...Root Transforms are scaled by the character scale in 2018.3 if the animator has 'Apply root motion' enabled, maybe that is it?
