When I compared two projects I have been working on, I noticed something strange. The lines on one project looked much better than the lines on the other. After playing with a lot of settings, I remembered that on one project, I set the graphics API for windows to DX9 instead of DX11. For some reason, AA looks much better while using DX9.

DX11 makes the lines look much darker and jaggier. It's not a huge issue, because I'll just use DX9, but I was wondering if this is a know issue, or if it's even a problem to begin with.

    Bump.

I'm bumping into this issue again, and now I do need DX11. Is there any way around this?

To me it looks like there are 2 lines drawn, one dark one over the lighter one. At least this is how it often looks like.
How do you draw the lines?

It's a single line. This is with GL, but the same issue presents itself with the Line Renderer and with meshes made from lines.

Another issue is that straight lines that are perfectly horizontal or vertical will flicker in a very distracting way when they or the camera move. In this example it's a mesh.
