Question webXR support when?

    webxr, webar would be really useful for b2b solutions..

    adding this as a reference also, it exports into three.js from unity (so then webxr/ar works)

    *but i think it requires coding in typescript, so thats not ideal..

    Hey mgear!

    WebXR is something we're looking into, but of course don't currently support. As the PM for web I'm always interested in hearing more specifics about what types of use cases folks are interested in. If you can, please do share more with us via voting on the WebXR feature on our platform roadmap page.

    As for Needle.tools, we're big fans of their work! May not be ideal for every scenario but it's a really interesting way to export content to web in an ultra lightweight way.

    submitted some comments on the roadmap, but adding few here also,

    why webAR is needed
    - building AR marketing applications to Android/IOS is not that hard, but distributing them to enterprise customers is.. (shared apk files are hard to install for regular users and IOS enterprise or biz dev accounts & certs take lots of effort, customers are not ready to do that)

    why webXR is needed
    - unity markets itself as leading XR/metaverse etc. solution, but is missing this important webxr part
    - really easy for customers to use (compared to downloading exe files or so)

    seriously considered making my own three.js exporter over the years (since most projects would be fine with simple interactions and 3d model viewer with few buttons), or three.js to webgl "pipe", that would feed xr input+cam direction to unity webgl.. but haven't had the time (yet).

    We are using Unity 2021.3.1f1 to take build webXR and hosted in server with out HTC vive(VR) device it's working fine, but we are unable to explore to HTC vive.

    Could you please address following issue:

    1.WebXR is supporting or not
    2.After importing plugin I couldn't find the webXR option in XR plugin management setting- For this I have attached image
    3.Can we convert old WebGL project to WebXR unity version same - 2021.3.1f1
