    I can only guess at how things got in this state, but the current state's issue appears to be that CollabEnabled is true but the config has no proper AgentID, AgentAuth, OrgID, or Cert/KeyPEM settings.

    When enabling Collab, usually a one-time registration token is used which will communicate back-and-forth with Unity Collab servers to populate these values. If you don't wish to have Collaborate caching enabled, you can edit the cfg file and just change to "CollabEnabled": false, otherwise I'd recommend uninstalling the Accelerator and reinstalling it with a registration token obtained via the https://dashboard.unity3d.com/ main Unity dashboard.

    Thank you!
    I found the problem.

    If I toggle the TLS/SSL check box in [Project Settings window -> Editor tab],
    "Check Connection" button would fail, both in Project Settings Window and Preferences Window
