WebGL in Vivaldi?

I have come to like the newest browser Vivaldi since it came out early April and have found that it runs pretty smooth given it's on version 1.1. But I'm wondering if it can run WebGL. I have looked in Vivaldi forums for information and found that in the settings, you can choose to run WebGL, but it doesn't do anything as far as I've found.

I know it's new and won't be able to handle complex games, but it'd work well for my project.
