WebGL Download Timeout Problems - Please Help!

    Hello all,

    We're working on a WebGL project that requires the download of large (15MB) terrain data files. The issue I've hit is that WebGL seems to have a very tight download timeout set internally, and modifying the js files between frequent builds is a real pain, and is necessary as the software we're developing won't be used in situations where internet is strong enough to download these files quickly, and splitting them up isn't an option either. We're building using Unity 5.5.1.

    What I could really do with is a way to set this via script, or with a setting inside Unity to increase the timeout to something more reasonable than 5000 ms (which it appears to be) as this is absurdly tight and is causing a lot of issues for both my team and clients.

    All help appreciated here, and given how much of a pain this has become I'm afraid I cannot end it with my usual smilie face!
