WebGL builds fail?

    Looks like there's an issue in the transport from what I can tell. The c# code calls in to JS code and it looks like it can't find a function by it's name.

    Are you sure it is a transport error? I get the same error when I build to WebGL after making a new project and simply attaching a network manager to an empty game object. The jslib file looks correct to me in the websocket transport library, and so do the cs files.
