Whenever I try to access a game via web player all I get is a blue background with props around the screen, I use Chrome and have Windows 8 if that makes any difference. I also am not exactly familiar with Unity being that I got the web player a couple days ago. This is a link to what the problem looks like: http://i.imgur.com/ajqbMh1.png

Thank you in advance, any help is appreciated.

(P.S. I am using the latest version of unity web player)

Are you sure you have selected the correct scene in the build Settings?

I'm not creating a game, this happens whenever I go on a say Kongregate or any other unity ran game on the internet.

There will be a player.log and webplayer.log file written onto your machine somewhere. That might shows more details about what is, or is not, happening.

Is there a certain path I'm supposed to take? Because neither one is showing up when I search.

That sort of thing is usually the result of bugs in graphics card drivers, so make sure the drivers are up to date.
