Water/Liquid transparency influenced by intersecting meshes.

    For the sake of not reinventing the wheel, does anyone know how to have a material's transparency value be influenced by other meshes intersecting it?

    There used to be a shader that did just that in ShaderFusion (See Advanced Water): $water01.jpg

    Depth biased alpha/edge fading. You can check in the built in soft particle shader or WaterPro4 they had it.
