I'm trying to make a bowling game, and I found this model of a bowling alley that I want to use:

    http://opengameart.org/content/bowling-alley-model

It is in Lightwave (LWO) and OBJ format.

When I put the OBJ into Unity, it didn't have any textures.

I tried converting the LWO to FBX with Lightwave, but when I loaded the FBX into Unity the materials didn't seem to get applied.

Does anyone know a reasonable way I can get this model into Unity?

    Thanks.

Just manually assign the OBJ textures. It's a lot easier than trying to convert the LWO.

It is just one big object when I import the OBJ. How could I assign it more than one texture?

    Thanks.

Unfortunately for some time now the Unity OBJ importer has been broken so you cannot really assign textures correctly. I would suggest importing your FBX and manually assigning textures then.
