Same problem here, I'm using a Wacom Intuos 4... it works fine in every program, but in unity it cant detect normal click or right click buttons...

it does detect the middle button, so I can only Pan around... don't know a solution yet

I've a lesser problem but still nagging. With Unity 3.5 and 4 and Windows 7 and my bamboo, I need to double click everything for unity to register my pen actions. But with my Intuos it works fine.

Same issue here, any solution? The use of a mouse is not a solution as I use it on a tablet pc with stylus and by using a mouse I might as well use a desktop.
Updating Wacom drivers did not solve the issue.

Is there a fix for this issue? I'm using photoshop and Unity and it's being a pain to move the wacom to bring the mouse every alt+tab...

Fixed! Hopefully this works for others.

Go to the mapping tab in the wacom control panel. Uncheck "Use Windows Ink". I also have "Press and hold" and "Flicks" disabled in the the Pen and Touch control panel.
