Just a heads up, there's a severe bug right now with Vulkan and particle systems in URP as of Unity version 2021.2.16f1. If you use any default Unity test scene and place a single particle system, watch the Vulkan frame rate drop steadily within seconds and steadily downward for many minutes. (In standalone build) Such as from 600fps all the way to 200fps and continues downward.

Does not happen in openGL or DX11. Sent in a report already.

Just saw this bug reported separately in a Stadia thread and that it might be fixed in 2021.2.17, will be testing the fix right now.

Happy to report that it's FIXED as of 2021.2.17, even on regular Windows Vulkan. Steady frame rates while having particle system on screen.
