Simply built and ran Keijiro's NNCam project on Android using Vulkan, to my Sony Xperia XZ3 which has a Qualcomm Adreno 630 GPU. Experienced log spam of errors saying 'Failed to wait for fence 2' - tested with Unity 2020.2.2f1

I have attached the full log from a short run test, I think the key hint is the 'Gralloc3 allocator 3.x is not supported' line error

FYI the 'Error libc Access denied finding property "persist.vendor.camera.privapp.list" ' error pops up in any project I have using WebcamTexture in Unity 2020.2

    Shortened log errors:

Are you seeing any input coming from the camera to your app?

This seems to be a more general issue, so I'd suggest separating out whether it is barracuda or a general Android app issue. Here is a resource that may help: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/android-RequestingPermissions.html

You could also go into the app permissions and explicitly give access to the camera to see if that fixes your issue.
