Vuforia Upgrade failed

    Choosing Vuforia Configuration from Unity 2018.2.14f1

    Prompted to Download Vuforia 7.5.26 (currently see Vuforia 7.5.20)

    After downloading and running the upgrade installer get a very informative error message just saying "The installation failed. The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance."

    Also, there have been a huge number of changes in Vuforia integration with Unity. Trying to follow along an older tutorial. Should I be seeing a Vuforia folder inside my Assets folder if Vuforia is correctly installed?
