Vuforia Package

Hi
Is it possible to build an app by this package that can track hand movement, just like kinect! I mean my hand become its target.

 

Can use photo targets, so try taking photo of your hand and test if it works or not..

And actually support object tracking also, could try scanning hand..

I don't know why but I don't have all packages in package manager. I'm really stuck because I can't see any out sourcing for any of the package. Can you please tell me how to fix it?
