Vuforia Custom Video Background Ground (VBG) on Samsung Phone Problem

We would like to have a reference VBG viewport in a custom size (0.3) in the corner of the display screen. We accomplish this by entering the values in the Viewport Rect, and it runs well on the PC set to player setting for Android. However, when we export to Android, the Viewport appears but the rest of the space is filled with noise and sections of the Viewport. Help?

 

Solved our problem - added a standard camera object which fills the otherwise uninitialized space- Does anyone have script to transfer Vuforia Target Movement to a object outside the Vuforia Viewport?.
