Bug VSCode window not properly shown when opened from Editor on Mac

    VSCode won't show when opened from the Unity Editor, such as double clicking an error log in the console.

    This happens on MacOS when VSCode is in full screen. The VSCode app is focused correctly, but the window is not shown, with the desktop being shown instead.
