I recently setup VSCode to work with Unity. Everything else seems to work fine, but VSCode can't find the XR.Interaction namespace. It compiles fine, and VSCode seems to work with everything else, but for some reason I'm getting red lines everywhere.

Does anyone know what the cause of this might be?

    I'm using 2019.3.4f1.

    Thanks

Turns out I just had to downgrade the Visual Studio Code Editor package to v1.1.3. I thought I'd already done this, but updating my Unity version had reset it to the latest version.

Thanks for this, 1.1.3 was still giving me an issue but going to version 1.2.3 fixed it for me. :)

Update or Downgrade Visual Studio Code Editor stable version package from Package Manager.
