Feedback VS 2022 installed, why does 2019 component default to checked for installing new version?

Whenever I install a new Unity version through Hub, the VS 2019 component is checked as well. I get it's not the same version, but the hub specifically gives a warning mark that it knows 2022 is installed and a lower version is not recommended.



If you know I have a newer version installed, and you don't recommend I install the lower version as well, then why default it to checked? Wouldn't it make more sense to leave it unchecked in that scenario since it isn't recommended and the user is forced to intentionally make that download decisions?

It's just a click so it's not a big deal at the end of the day, just seems counter-intuitive to me.
