Vs 2019 Doesnt open with Unity latest

    Im using Unity 2019.3.0.a6 and Vs 2019 16.1.3, both latest.
    Vs doesntopen from unity when opening a script. It shows opening vs, but never does.
    i did select vs 2019 in the editor settings, and i have Unity dev in Vs

    It was working fine with Unity 2019.1.7
