VR video production from Maya to Unity

Hi all, I am new to Unity and been playing abit (a few weeks) around unity. I come from a maya background and I am trying to place my maya scene into unity and output it as a VR video.

I've placed the assets inside as fbx and animated characters inside as alembic format.
Would appreciate any insights or thoughts on this as I am exploring options and hopefully find a better workflow on producing VR videos from maya.
