I just tried starting a new project from the VR template and selected Oculus in the project settings and pressed play and it crashes every time. The thing is, this is a new problem. My other VR project in the same version of Unity had been working fine up until now. The weird thing is, with that project I can press play--it doesn't crash--but it doesn't show anything in the headset. THEN, if I stop the game and press play again it crashes. Every time. It seems to crash now matter what version of Unity I use. VR works fine for games played through Oculus home or Steam VR.

    Steps to reproduce:
    - On Windows 10 start a new project from the VR Template in 2019.4.16
    - Make sure XR Plugin Management is at version 3.2.17 in Package Manager
    - Select Oculus under XR Plug-in Management in Project Settings
    - Press play. For me, the result is a full engine crash.

    I've tried:
    - Repairing the Oculus app
    - Restarting my computer
    - Using different version of the Oculus XR plugin package
    - Using different versions of the XR Plug-in Management package
    - Using different versions of Unity
    - Starting a new project WITHOUT the VR template, with XR enabled

Uninstalling and reinstalling the Oculus software fixes the problem. Though it does seem to come back.

Which software specifically @tokylebaker? And what version? I'm still having this issue and hoping for a fix as well.
