VR Supported forces VSync off

    Hi,

    I've begun investigating the viability of VR for my current project. Part of the testing is obviously regarding maintaining a functional game for players who don't have any VR active.

    If I run a standalone build with 'Virtual Reality Supported' checked, but no device plugged in, the game seems to force VSync off, even if I have it switched back on via a quality settings interface. Reading through the OVR forums, this seems to be desirable behaviour when a device is present, but is a problem for players who just want to run it on a conventional screen. Unchecking the VR option in the player settings allows VSync to be enabled/disabled fine.
