I just made an empty project adding a red cube and installed latest steamvr version and tried single pass instanced using htc vive and the cube using a standard shader with gpu instancing enabled but i just see the cube partly in red or black depending on the angle i see it, instead of just red as it should be. In other big project when i tried it i saw the whole scene white, dont know why
I have tried the a custom shader and it works but Standard shader doesnt work with Unity 2018.3.6. I realized it is cause the directional light shadows which doesnt work well
