VR pump shot gun help

I know how to make a shotgun. But I want to make one in VR, only problem is I don't know how to make the pump part be grabbable and then slideable (I probably misspelled something there). Anyway, I tried searching up how to do it and couldn't find anything so any help would be really appreciated.
