Hi. I'm currently using Unity 2018.3.3f1 (64-bit) and have made a vr mobile tour using 360 degree images for each of the scenes skyboxes.

Inside each scene I would like to place a single 3d object of an animal that the person can click on and collect so for 15 scenes there would be a total of 15 objects (animals) to collect using the Oculus / Gear VR controller.

Can someone please point me in the right direction as to how I would go about this? I've spent many hours searching but most similar ideas seem to be related to 2d games only where you can collect coins or gain strength but in my case I just want to somehow display that there are 15 items to collect throughout the tour and let people click on the objects when they see them and I guess add it to an inventory.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your time,

    Andrew

Thanks very much for the tutorial link. I had briefly seen that one before but thought it wasn't applicable for a VR head set game. Will go through it all anyway and see what I can learn.

    Cheers.
