INTRO

We're looking for (3) VR/AR Unity Developers to work on various AR/VR projects in a freelance capacity.
You'll be working together with a team of other experienced freelancers.

Only Solo Developers can apply, No Agencies or Team!!

We called this initiative the "Creator Program"

It’s simple.

You tell us your hourly rate, we find you projects.

That’s it!

We don’t charge any fees.

We simply charge the client extra.
We only take a MAXIMUM of 3 candidates for this specific role.

The creator program is made up of extremely talented freelancers that work under the Upreal Digital Inc.
umbrella. We all work together to build breathtaking AR or VR experiences.

How can I join the program?

Complete the simple (4) steps of the onboarding process:

1. Step 1 Complete the Google Form. (You’ll get an email with the link to the video interview automatically once you’ve submitted the Google Form.) 3 minutes to complete
2. Step 2 Complete the 3 questions of the automatic video interview. 5 minutes to complete
3. Step 3 Programming Coding Challenge. (You can skip this step if you don’t code…) 45 minutes to complete
4. Step 4 Live Zoom interview. 30 minutes to complete

I’m done with the onboarding process, what now?
Once the onboarding process is completed, we’ll let you know if you are selected or not. If you are
selected, you’ll have to complete the following additional steps:

1. Sign freelancer contract with Upreal Digital Inc.
2. Provide us an introduction video of yourself, a short interesting description of yourself, and an headshot that will be displayed on our website at www.uprealdigital.com.
3. Follow Upreal Digital Inc. on all our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIN, Youtube)
4. Join our Slack channel where you’ll start getting offers for jobs right away.

I just got selected, how do I start getting projects?
We’ll be sharing projects details on our Slack channel. If you are interested by the project, we’ll get you up
to speed. At that stage, we might still be in the middle of the bidding process (we might need information
from you) but other times, we’ll be able to get going right away.


How do I get paid?
That really depends on where we met…

If we met on a Freelancing platform…
If we met on Upwork, or any other freelancing platform. We will follow the platform’s guideline in terms of
payments.
If we met any other way…
You’ll be paid via direct banking transfer every month(We use the www.wise.com platform to do the
transfer). You’ll need to provide us with a bill with the necessary information(we’ll provide the bill template
to fill out).
