VR 2nd scene lighting

I have a scene in Unity and when I click on various scripted objects it goes into another 2nd scene.

When I open/play the 2nd scene in the lighting is prefect…BUT when I navigate into it from the 1st scene the lighting is all off. Is this because the 2nd scenes lighting in this instance (navigating in from the 1st scene) is somehow taking the lighting preferences from the 1st scene?

I’ve updated the 2nd scenes lighting in Lighting > settings > generate lighting and its messed up both scenes.
