Voxeland - Voxel Terrain Tool

    It would be nice to get at least some development. Apparently, the last update was on April 9, 2020 and only concerned support for new versions of Unity. I still can't find the perfect voxel smooth terrain with good draw range and no memory leaks. Voxeland is promising, but it needs to be refined.

    Unluckily it seems that the Asset Store is not really paying great profits to those that create something for it.
    Only some assets in great demand give devs some decent money.
    I understand this, but it is a plague.

    Hi, just trying the Evaluation Version in Standard 2019.4 and getting those errors just after importing the asset. Can't clean them, it seems some scripts are missing.

    Hello @Wright I am interested in using Voxeland for a commercial project.

    I already asked on your discord last week but was directed here and I'm hoping to finally reach you.

    After long research, thinking and testing with your evaluation versions (thousand thanks for these btw!), I ended up purchasing MM2. However my major interest is Voxeland. It seems the most promising voxel engine in the asset store. All proper Voxel-Terrain solutions seem abandoned or discontinued (Digger is recent but it is Terrain+Mesh and not actual voxel). If I had to choose between them all, I'd 100% choose Voxeland, especially after having tested it.

    But since the last Update to it was 2020 and that's almost 2 years ago, I need to know since I am not keen on purchasing abandonware for 80 bucks: Is Voxeland completely abandoned or still being developed?

    MapMagic has been 'replaced' with MapMagic2.
    MapMagic also did not see any new update since March 2021 and MapMagic2 does not have any integration with Voxeland...
    Is an integration with MM2 on your roadmap somewhere and planned at all?
    If yes, is there any vague timeline you could share?
    And if no, is there any way you could support your customers to figure out how to build their own integration node for Voxeland in MM2?

    To support your work and make sure you have the means to update your tools I'd even be interested in paying extra since my interest in the tools is to use them commercially.

    Hi! I've been working with Voxeland for a bit for use with VRChat. I'm having a few issues baking lighting on the terrain. Has anyone got any tips for this? I've set all my objects to static in the scene, including the voxeland objects, and everything bakes except for voxeland.

    Voxeland is still fantastic. Getting a bunch of weird editor errors in new Unity versions, but still works. Would def buy a newer version, especially with URP support.

    This asset doesnt seem to be working with Unity 2022, has anyone gotten it working
