Volume Profile Documentation

Hey guys I'm trying to edit the bloom tint hue over time on my post processing volume profile but I'm having trouble finding any good documentation on how to write scripts for this. If anyone knows either where I can find documentation or simply if you know how I can do this, that'd be awesome! Thank you
