    Hi,

I stumbled upon a great conference by Vlambeer's Rami Ismail (creator of Super Crate Box and Ridiculous Fishing) giving very useful tips for indies.
    Enjoy!

And it's totally worth to watch it, just fast forward to learn it all :)
Very entertaining and motivating talk. Only having the summary won't have the same effect, since it is explained in great detail what each lesson means or should convey.

Acumen is right. You need to take the time to watch it (or listen to it while you are working on your game).
Plus, there's a lot of feelings in question... you know feelings can't be summarized. ;)
