Vive standalone build crashes on startup.

    I build standalone exe under HTC Vive.
    In editor it works as intended.
    On Mono backend it crashes on startup with following message

    Unity 2019.2.
    SteamVR 1.6.10
    SteamVR plugin 2.3.2 (sdk 1.4.18)
    HDRP 6.9.1 - enabled (also tried to remove HDRP package and built without it, still crashes)
    XR Settings -> Multi Pass (certain Shader Graph generated shaders do not work in a single pass mode)

    I've managed to build it with IL2CPP though, and it doesn't crash.
