Visual Studio Tools Menu Doesn't Appear in Unity

I've installed the Visual Studio Tools, and imported the package into my project (also tried starting a new project from scratch). The package appears in my assets, but the "Visual Studio Tools" menu doesn't appear in the menu bar. Anyone seen this before or have a solution?
On the Visual Studio side the Attach to Unity option appears on the toolbar so I presume the installation is okay. I've tried an un-install, re-install of the tools, still no luck.

 

Anybody has an answer for this, I have the same issue...

 

Here they say this menu has been removed due to Unity's native support:

Note: users familiar with VSTU will notice that the "Visual Studio Tools" menu in Unity has been removed as it has now been rendered useless by the native support. All configuration has been moved to the Unity settings.
