Visual Studio Not working correctly

I had visual studio installed before unity and did NOT install it through unity. If I want to edit any script, it does work, but the colors are wrong and I can't see any auto completion for unity components. In short, one of the main reasons I would like to use visual studio for is gone... MUST I install visual studio through unity modules or can I just change a setting in the IDE? The unity hub is having some problems for me right now and I can't install visual studio through it...

You must install the Game Development with Unity tools so that Visual Studio works with Unity. Do not install the version of Unity that comes with it, unless that's the one you want to use, of course.

As far as I can see I have installed the Unity Module...it still doesnt seem to work... sorry my Settings are in German...

 

I remember having that problem once and that deinstalling Visual Studio and reinstalling it fixed it. Or maybe just deinstall the Unity module and reinstall it?

 

I reinstalled, still doesn't work...
