Visual Studio not saving changes when hit save button

    All in title.
    It happen sometime since few days, hitting save button (or ctrl+s) does absolutely nothing and my works isn't recompiled.
    Solution is to quit visual then reload it, but of course unsaved work vanish...
    Im alone ? strange bug
    Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2019
    Version 16.7.5
    Unity 2020.1.6f1
