Visual Studio menus not working

Hello. I have a problem with Visual Studio. When I open from Unity menus not working. I've tried to reinstall it, 2019 and 2017, they all have the same problem. I'm running out of ideas, it's so annoying

Yes, I did, It was problem with dpi settings of unity. I bought new 4k monitor and tinker this. Set back to default and visual studio started to work again. Right click on unity, go to properties , check if you don't have any weird settings there with text scaling etc.
