Visual Studio Integration Question (Slow Unity Reference Search)

I'm just getting started trying to learn Unity and while working with some scripts I've run into an issue with Visual Studio trying to search the Unity Reference. It is eventually finding the reference that I am searching for, after remapping the keyboard shortcut, but the search takes quite a long time.

To be clear, I'm typing a keyword into VS and then hitting my keyboard shortcut to search for Unity documentation about that keyword, and it takes sometimes upwards of a minute for VS to find the documentation.

Is there anything I can do to speed this up?
