Is Visual Studio already installed on your computer?

Then It's normal that it doesn't show in the modules. If you need to install community, open Visual Studio Installer and select Community manually. If it's already installed, Unity should find it automatically when you created your scripts. If it doesn't, go to Edit/Properties and select Visual Studio in the External Tools. :)
