Visual Studio and Unity

    Hi, I'm using VS 2010 with Unity and wanted to ask about a few problems I've encountered.

    1) When I open a script from Unity for the first time, it shows up a loading bar saying "Starting Visual Studio,etc etc...". This usually takes longer than it takes to manually open VS or any other project. Is there any way to decrease this time?

    2) When I create a new script in Unity, VS tells that the folder is modified and asks if I want to reload or ignore. If I want to see the new script in VS, I have to reload. But when I reload all my open script files are closed. Is there any way to keep my files open and reload?

    3) How can I add MonoBehaviour script as a template to VS, so I don't have to create the script from Unity?
