Visual Studio 2019 Slow to start

Alright, I have just installed Visual Studio 2019 and it does run much faster than 2017 and 2015. I am having a strange problem that I noticed. When opening visual studio from the unity editor it seems to be very slow to start. When I open it standalone it opens and can load pretty fast. It is only when I open it from Unity that it seems to be crashing and it take 10+ minutes to load when I open a solution. This has become very frustrating and is making it very hard to get anything completed.
