Showcase Visual Music with Unity VFX Graph

    Okay, I'm just bragging. The 360 video linked below was created entirely with the VFX Graph & timeline.

    Lots of progress, and lots more work to do. :D

    Is it made procedurally in vfx graph or are you sending different inputs from the timeline to schedule changes?

    It's a bit of both. of course. The timeline events (MIDI notes) trigger an animation containing a pre-configured graph & attached animators. The shapes you see are coming from dynamically-generated meshes, which are fed into the graph as inputs. This version renders billboards, but a parallel version renders meshes for the particles, too. Needless to say, that one is a bit heavier, compute-wise.

    So....TL;DR.....triggered from the outside, and procedural on the inside.
