Resolved Visual Effect Graph -Sample Buffer(GraphicsBuffer)

    Sample Buffer Operator does not show up in Node Library. Also you cant expose property of type GraphicsBuffer in Blackboard.

    If these issues still occur in b2 for you, we'd appreciate a bug report for them.
