I need to know how to do to display a floating menu, but that this in the field, not in the CANVAS. Because I want the game to be more realistic. But I do not find any information about it. Thank you very much for your help.

Try the Virtual Reality Toolkit, I think it has an option to display UI in world. If not you should check it out anyway, it has tons of stuff you need for VR. Get it on Github: https://github.com/thestonefox/VRTK
