Virtual Endoscopy

hey guys i'm new with unity, probably should start with something easy, but i have a project on the university
My question is, how i can make a virtualization of and endoscopy a Gastroscopiy to be exact, i have to make the 3d models to show how is teh stomach inside u can se a video here

so, its it diffcult??, i have only 5 days to make it or at least a part of it, and if u can help please, what i need to make this, what i need to investigate, how y draw this models, please i'll really apreciate if u help me
