Virtual camera is laggy when v-sync is on

    See how it starts to act when i turn the v-sync on:





    I am using the standard third person asset published by Unity. I tried putting all physics in fixed update and then updating the Cinemachine Brain's updating mode to fixed update but nothing changed. Also the character has no rigidbody.
