View Render Texture In Reflection Probe?

I have a canvas UI that's I'm using a second camera to render and put into a render texture. I'm then placing a quad in my scene with an unlit material and the render texture applied to its color (thus allowing me to have my canvas ui as an object in 3d space). In a reflection probe the quad shows up as black.

My canvas UI is all sorts of colors (not black). I assume the reflection probe samples the scene before the camera has applied/blit the image to the render texture - thus resulting in a black quad via the reflection probe.

My question: is there any way to have my render texture viewable within the reflection probe? I want my canvas UI to be reflected in the scene and not just be a black quad. I'm using HDRP.

I have the same problem. I use a video player rendering over a rendertexture.
